Step 1

Apply the base

Apply Eye Primer to the full eye area to help blur the eyelid. Before applying the graphic eyeliner look, create a “foxy eye” illusion using Matte Single Eyeshadow in Taupe in the outer V of the eye. To illuminate the lid and draw the eye to the outer third of the eye, apply Chrome Pigment in Dance for No Reason.

Step 2

Create a wing

Depending on your preference, use Free Spirit Felt Tip Eyeliner in Be Curious or Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner in Navy Blue. Create a wing using your waterline as a guide, acting as if the waterline continued upward.

Step 3

Create a pointed edge

Using the tip of the eyeliner, create a pointed edge in the inner corner of the eye, and connect the two points, following the upper lash line, to create an elongated winged liner. Use Waterline Kohl in White in the waterline to add contrast to the blue graphic liner.

Step 4

Paint your bottom lashes

Use the formula of your liquid eyeliner and a silicone brush or a flat eyeliner brush to paint your bottom lashes blue.

Step 5

Add the finishing touch

Finish off the look with a coat of Swerve Supreme Mascara, focusing on the outer corner of the eye for an elongated look.
