DESCRIPTION

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the cultivation and growth in the Region. Through active pursuit of successful execution in alignment with the National Focus and Growth Objective plans. This includes the active pursuit of growth of each Territory for all Brands and Retail Partners. The RSM is responsible for the Budget assigned as well as the achievement of all said KPIs. Additional, successful leadership, coaching, development and motivation of the Field Team. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for the Lise Watier Animation (Instore Eventing) to ensure adherence to the strategies as well as the targeted sales.

Responsible for:

  • • Cultivation of the Region through intentional focus of the KPI and Targets;
  • • Proactive Planning with ownership to the details- ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects;
  • • Successful execution of all National Focus Plans provided by the Director, National Field Sales;
  • • Developing, implementing and executing additional Regional Specific “ Regional Sales Managers” impacts to ensure maximum results;
  • • Evaluate weekly the CRM Dashboards and actively pursue actions for impact to ensure achievement at 100%;
  • • Weekly meetings with Team to review Dashboard and identify areas of opportunity and focus with plans of action;
  • • Facilitate One-on-one meetings with Territories for Coaching, Development and Performance Planning;
  • • Bring forward Market information and opportunities;
  • • Overall ownership of Regional Success;

Leadership: 

Ensure successful training, coaching of our Sales Methodologies as well as all operational procedures, guidelines and policies. Ensure all service expectations of “Best in Class” are realized.

Reporting and Administration: 

Monthly and quarterly reporting as directed by Director, National Field Sales

Monitor monthly and yearly budget targets for assigned team

We would like to meet you if you have:

  • • Strong Business Acumen;
  • • 3-5 years at the Regional Manager level;
  • • Experience as a Sales Representative;
  • • Ability to analyze and manage a budget;
  • • Ability to think strategically and ensure execution is monitored and actioned;
  • • Ability to communicate with detail sales figures and supporting facts along with market insights;
  • • Proficient with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • • Leadership and Employee experience
  • • Ability to manage change and display professionalism
  • • Strong Presentation skills
  • • Valid Drivers Licence
